Digital Services for Integrated Care (DSIC) Contracts - Digital Pathways
VERSION FOR DSIC MARKET ENGAGEMENT AND DRAFT ITT PURPOSES.
The Digital Services for Integrated Care suite of frameworks features three levels of contract:
Catalogue Agreement - this Agreement sets out the rules of engagement for market participation, and includes ancillary documents that set out a range of procedural arrangements and the Data Processing Deed, the means by which the processing of personal data is determined in order to meet UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) Article 28 requirements.
A signed Catalogue Agreement is a pre-requisite to the subsequent agreement of any DSIC Framework Agreement.
Framework Agreement - sets out the commercial arrangements for delivery of a Catalogue Solution to the market (the DSIC Catalogue); and ordering from that market
Call Off Agreement - enables buyers to contract with suppliers under a fixed set of terms and conditions, varied only by the requirements in a Call Off Order (Service Commencement Date, Duration, Service Recipients, Pricing), a copy of which is included in the Framework Agreement schedule 2.3.
These documents are available in the zip files attached in the table below.
