Appointment Management - View and Book - Patient

Allow Patients to view, book (available slots as defined by the Practice) and cancel an Appointment.

• Patients are able to view all past and future Appointments.

• Appointment Booking is prevented when the maximum number of future Appointments is reached. The maximum is set by the Practice.

• Appointment Bookings will not require Practice Staff intervention unless there are constraints or technical issues.

Transactional Services - Appointments for Citizens with an OSA

Support Appointments that can be made available, and then used by Citizen Service Users (see GP-AP-4.1-02A). Citizens with an Online Service Account (OSA) will only be able to view or cancel Appointments that they themselves have booked online.

Citizens with an OSA are able to book one Appointment to complete their registration for Citizen Services.
