Background

In some cases, Health or Care Professionals need to share Care Plans with Health or Care Professionals in other Health Services such as a Podiatrist, Chiropractor or Physiotherapist.

The existing Epic E00486 in the Care Plans Capability does not specify that Care Plans need to be shareable with Health or Care Professionals in other Health Services. In practice, sharing remains internal to a system.

The purpose of this Roadmap Item is to introduce a new a new Epic that makes it clear that Care Plans need to be shareable with Health or Care Professionals in other Health Services, and to remove Epic E00486.

Outline Plan

Supplier Solutions must be fully compliant with this change by the Effective Date.
