Background

In line with ICB Planning Guidance, all Epics that relate to communication and communication types are being updated to include wording to encourage Suppliers to use NHS Notify. Using NHS Notify will offer cost saving benefits to Healthcare Organisations. The Communication Management Capability is being updated to include wording to reference NHS Notify and additionally to include a May Epic relating to NHS App Messaging.
