Foreword

The Digital Primary Care (DPC) Contracting Vehicle is intended to bring new Solutions onto the NHS Buying Catalogue.

The purpose of this Market Engagement is to ensure there is capacity in the market to meet NHS England’s requirements, inform the design and content of any subsequent tender exercise, and provide potential Suppliers with enough information to prepare a strong bid should that opportunity arise.

The commercial proposition is available on NHS England’s strategic sourcing tool Atamis. Please note that all queries, clarifications and requests for information throughout Market Engagement must be raised via Atamis - we cannot guarantee a response to any other mode of correspondence.

We recommend that Suppliers familiarise themselves with planned changes to Capabilities and Standards on the Digital Services for Integrated Care (DSIC) Roadmap. In addition to this, for DPC there is a list of future considerations for the Roadmap that Suppliers should expect to be refined and elaborated within the lifespan of this Contracting Vehicle.
