And can choose a preferred contact method,

And this information is visible in the same place on the patient record.

So that, I can quickly create a message to be sent in the patients preferred way

Acceptance Criteria 1:

Given a user has the correct permissions,

When communicating information to a patient,

Then a message template should be available for SMS, email and other messaging services (e.g. WhatsApp)

And these templates should be configurable.

Acceptance Criteria 2:

Given a user has the correct permissions,

When sending messages to patients,

Then the Identification and Authentication Standard for Digital Health and Care Services should be used to identify the patient.

Acceptance Criteria 3:

Given information has been sent to a patient,

When a patient views the information

Then the data should be be presented in a way that adheres to the Accessible Information Standard,

And where the information is presented on a web page the Web Accessibility Guidelines should be adhered to.

Given information has been sent to a patient,

When email has been used,

Then the Secure Email standard should be adhered to.
