This is a space for parties interested in the Single Patient Record RFI. Anybody can access NHS England’s RFI from here.

Supplier questions and answers will also be posted here when collected.

Process Notes:

• You may raise questions or seek clarification regarding any aspect of this RFI via the link here until 5pm on the 9^th May 2025. Where appropriate these will be shared with interested parties (see below).

• An online supplier event will be held on 9th May at 10am.

• We are seeking written responses to the RFI by 5pm 19th May.

• We expect to seek more detailed follow up discussions with individual suppliers and potentially small supplier groups; we will recruit for these based on the content and nature of the RFI submissions received.

• This process represents a key foundational step in the formation of our plans for the delivery of a Single Patient Record within the NHS in England, your input is very much welcome.
