As a clinical professional,

I want, to be able to share safeguarding information and record the information under the correct Safeguarding and Looked After flags with all relevant organisations e.g. schools, local authority and police systems

So that, the information is available to those with the correct permission to view. i.e. local authorities and police are aware of the safeguarding information

Acceptance criteria 1:

Given a user has the correct permissions,

When a safeguarding issue needs to be flagged,

Then safeguarding information can be shared with relevant organisations e.g. local authorities and police.

As a clinical professional,

I want to be able to access CP-IS (Child Protection Information Sharing) for information on safeguarding information from child protection plans, looked-after status, and statutory orders.

So that I am aware of any safeguarding information created in different systems, and to inform my clinical Assessment and decision-making.

Acceptance criteria 1:

Given a user has the correct permissions,

When administering care to a potentially vulnerable child,

Then access to safeguarding information child protection plans, looked after status, statutory orders and CP-IS (Child Protection Information Sharing) is possible and visible to the user.

As a clinical professional,

I want to be able (subject to my level of access) to access PDS (Personal Demographics Service) information,

So that I have access to any safeguarding information.

Acceptance criteria 1:

Given a user has the correct permission,

When administering care to a potentially vulnerable patient,

Then it is possible to access Personal Demographics System (PDS) information and add it to any safeguarding records.

The system should provide access to the PDS in order to access any relevant safeguarding information
