As a Clinical Professional,

I want a way of recording the owner (e.g. Consultant or Senior Clinician) of the patient record,

and the change of owner should be auditable,

So that there is continuous ownership of the record which can be audited.

Acceptance criteria 1:

Given that the owner of the patient record is recorded or changed,

When viewing audit data of the patient record,

Then a change of owner is visible on the audit.

Acceptance criteria 2:

Given the patient is identified using their NHS number,

When accessing or sharing patient data,

Then all patient data must be associated with an NHS number.

Acceptance criteria 3:

Given that patient data is being processed,

When accessing or sharing patient data,

Then all appropriate information governance standards will be adhered to.
