CO-03 Inbound & onward referrals
Ability to accept and manage multiple inbound referrals (from a variety of systems) with the ability to refer onwards within the organisation to multiple services (as required per referral).
Core Level Requirements
Description
Community care relies heavily on inbound and onward referrals with patients' treatment being long-term and requiring input from primary care settings and other secondary care services. These referrals need to be recorded and actionable and manageable with minimum effort.
