Provide secure 2 way communication with patients via appropriate channels. Further ability to send scheduled and ad-hoc messaging to support patient self care management.

Description
To provide the best care to patients, community care providers and patients must communicate effectively. This can be with service messages to patients or the ability for patients to ask clinical staff questions about their care without the need for appointments.
