As a Clinical Professional, I want, to configure messaging templates in SMS, email and other messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp) So that, I can quickly create a message to be sent in the patients preferred way Acceptance Criteria 1:Given a user has the correct permissions, When communicating information to a patient, Then a message template should be available for SMS, email and other messaging services (e.g. WhatsApp) And these templates should be configurable. Acceptance Criteria 2:Given a user has the correct permissions, When sending messages to patients, Then the Identification and Authentication Standard for Digital Health and Care Services should be used to identify the patient.
