As a Mental Health professional, I want to be able to request a review, And book Second Opinion Appointed Doctors (SOAD), So that an appropriate clinician can review the patients care. Given a user has the correct permissions, When a patient has refused treatment or cannot consent, Then a review from a Second Opinion Appointed Doctor can be requested. | |

As a Mental Health professional, I want to be able to request a review, And book Second Opinion Appointed Doctors (SOAD) via the CQC system of approved SOAD, So that an appropriate clinician can review the patients care.
Given a user has the correct permissions, When a patient has refused treatment or cannot consent, Then a review from a Second Opinion Appointed Doctor can be requested, And the user can select a SOAD from the CQC system. | |
