As a Mental Health professional, I want to be able to request a review, And book Second Opinion Appointed Doctors (SOAD), So that an appropriate clinician can review the patients care. Acceptance criteria 1:Given a user has the correct permissions, When a patient has refused treatment or cannot consent, Then a review from a Second Opinion Appointed Doctor can be requested. | |
