Description
The foundation of the patient record is the data that makes it. This data is not a static object and it needs to be possible to add to and interact with this data. Due to the geography of community care settings, network availability is outside of the control of the organisation, this means that provisions must be made for the absence and loss of connectivity and how the systems mitigate this.

As a clinical professional, I want to be able to continue to use my mobile device when network connectivity is lost, And changes I make can be uploaded when connectivity returns, So that I can continue to carry out my scheduled duties.
