The accurate recording of information based on Patient/Service User encounters supporting more accurate and efficient care provision.

For Health or Care Organisations:

Time savings and better staff productivity with accuracy and efficiency as part of the process for recording information for Patient/Service User encounters.

As a Health or Care Professional

I want to automatically convert speech to unstructured text

So that interactions with a Patient/Service User are recorded accurately and more efficiently

Acceptance Criterion 1: speech is converted to unstructured text

Given a Health or Care Professional is permitted to manage Patient/Service User information

When the Health or Care Professional selects to automatically convert speech to text

Then the speech is converted to unstructured text

Acceptance Criterion 2: view unstructured digital dictated text

Given a Health or Care Professional is permitted to manage Patient/Service User information

When the Health or Care Professional selects to view the text that has been converted from speech

Then the text that has been converted from speech is displayed

Acceptance Criterion 3: amend unstructured digital dictated text

Given a Health or Care Professional is permitted to manage Patient/Service User information

When the Health or Care Professional selects to amend the text that has been converted from speech

Then the text that has been converted from speech is amended

MAY Epics - Describes additional functionality associated with the Capability. Suppliers should consider all MAY Epics as part of their User Research. Suppliers can choose to map their Solutions to these Epics and they will be evaluated via Capability Assessment. Framework Authorities or purchasing organisations may require these Epics as product qualification or requirements criteria
