Description

To provide the best care to patients, community care providers and patients must communicate effectively. This can be with service messages to patients or the ability for patients to ask clinical staff questions about their care without the need for appointments.

As a clinical professional,

I want to be able to communicate with patients using secure two-way messaging,

So that information can easily be shared between patients and clinicians.

Acceptance criteria 1:

Given that a user has the correct permissions,

When a user wants to send a message to a patient,

Then secure, two-way messaging is available.
