Background
Additional requirements have been identified for the Training Standard in relation to the delivery of Training Environments for Solutions. The requirements will improve the quality of the standard by describing industry-standard behaviours and expectations of Training Environments.
The Training Standard will be uplifted to incorporate these new requirements.

Assurance Approach
Suppliers are to complete a Traceability Matrix (TM), providing evidence detailing how they meet the obligations of each requirement. Suppliers will be required to provide a short implementation description in Column F along with any supporting documentation which details the Training Environment provisioning.
The TM will be supplied by the NHS England Supplier Manager, following acceptance of the Supplier’s onboarding. The Supplier Manager will also create a SharePoint area for the uploading of evidence.
