The Previous Assurance Checks activity involves identifying and reviewing compliance gaps for Technical Innovation Framework Solutions previously submitted to other frameworks.
Objectives
To prevent duplicating effort for both you and the Programme re-assuring a Solution against requirements.
Actions required of you
When requested by the Programme provide a confirmation statement that this is the same Solution and that it is appropriate to use previous compliance status.
When emailed to you by the Programme upload the completed Traceability Matrix (TM) to SharePoint together with the rest of the documentation supporting the assurance needs of the Solution. Inform via email the Supplier Manager copying Buying Catalogue buying.catalogue@nhs.net
Follow the regular TIF Standards Assurance Process
Actions required of us
Request the confirmation statement for the Solution via email
Review the Solution and confirm whether Previous Assurance Checks are appropriate or not.
Create updated version of the existing TM highlighting any compliance gaps based on latest TM template.
Share the updated TM with you and ask you to complete and upload it to SharePoint
