So that when medication and allergy information is shared between care locations by the system it is in a machine readable format

And the unique identification of medicine and causative agents for allergy and intolerance information will be clearly visible and inform care

Then the Prescribing Health Care Professional will be able to see the laboratory results and or diagnoses of the patient in a digital format

Given that a patient requires a prescription

When a new prescription has been given to a woman or neonate

Then the system will alert the Pharmacy Professional of the new prescription for the woman or neonate with the appropriate dose, form, and frequency

And the system will also give the prescription an electronic signature

And the system will forward the prescription to the dispensing system with all the details from the prescription to the label
