Step by step Guide: Further Competition Off Catalogue

The Further Competition Off Catalogue procedure is for higher value and/or more complex procurements where the shortlisted suppliers are invited to provide written tenders. If you are considering executing one of these procedures, please email GP IT Futures via gpitfutures@nhs.net with the following details and put the text “Off Catalogue Further Competition:” at the start of the subject line:

• A brief description of your critical success factors for the procurement;
• A brief description of the Service Recipients within the scope of the procurement;
• A brief description of the scope of services within the scope of the procurement;
• An indication of when the services are required and what is driving that timeline;
• Any other information you feel would be helpful.
