The ‘Clinicians Engagement’ activity involves the Programme’s Clinicians working closely with you whilst you onboard to the Buying Catalogue, and engaging in an open dialogue about clinical safety and usability. Once you have submitted your Capability and Epic choices, your Supplier Manager will arrange a meeting between you and the Clinicians to:

  • Understand your Solution’s level of maturity

  • Agree on which Capabilities the Clinicians want to view and in what level of detail

  • Check that you have established important Clinical roles with regards to your Solution (e.g. Clinician Safety Officer)

Objective

The output of the sessions and the ongoing collaborative dialogue between you and the Clinicians is to provide recommendations for safety and usability, and to be available for further contact and assistance.

Actions required of you

  1. Attend the initial meeting with the Programme’s Clinicians

  2. Attend live sessions and demonstrate your Solution’s functionality, safety and usability

    1. If your Capability Assessment sessions are live demonstrations (rather than pre-recorded videos) it may be possible to combine them with the Clinicians' session - speak to your Supplier Manager for more information.

  3. Act on feedback provided

Actions required of us
