The processes are under continual review and will be amended as required.

Remediation occurs when a you fail to achieve compliance with a Standard or are found to not be compliant at some point in the future. The most common scenario is failing to achieve the compliance deadline dates set out in your Work Off Plan.

Objectives

  • Every Solution which is listed on the Buying Catalogue has full compliance with the relevant Standards.

  • Buyers have confidence that the Solution they’re purchasing is assured by the Programme.

Actions required of you

  1. Respond to the ‘4 week to deadline date’ letter

  2. If an extension is not appropriate, work together with The Programme to create a Remediation Plan

  3. For 6 weeks, continue to work together with The Programme to reach a resolution

Actions required of us

  1. Send you a ‘4 week to deadline date’ letter reminding you that you’re close to missing your deadline

  2. Decide if an extension is appropriate. If not - work together with you to create a Remediation Plan

  3. If a Remediation Plan is not agreed then a notice is placed on the Solution’s listing page stating your Solution is in Remediation and the reasons

  4. For 6 weeks, continue to work together to reach a resolution

  5. If a resolution is not agreed then your solution is removed from the Buying Catalogue and your Catalogue Agreement is terminated
