Customisable Checklist
The system must provide customisable checklists outlining the tasks and inspections required before each shift. These checklists should include cleaning, restocking, and equipment inspections. The system should be able to generate alerts and notifications for critical events, such as low stock levels, expired drugs, or medication errors. These alerts ensure timely action and help in preventing adverse events.

These checklists should include items such as cleaning, restocking, and equipment inspections. Acceptance criterion 1:Given that an Ambulance Service provider is permitted to create customisable checklists, When the checklist is created, Then the system should enable checklists for specific shift types (e.g., morning, evening, night) to be created. And the system should permit checklist items to be added, edited or deleted with specific titles, descriptions and sub tasks for each checklist item. And the system should enable to ambulance service provider to define whether each item is required or optional in addition to saving the checklist. Acceptance criterion 1:Given an Ambulance service provider is permitted to access mobile application or interface, When the mobile application or mobile interface are accessed, Then log in should be achieved with the permitted credentials. Acceptance criterion 2:Given an Ambulance service provider is permitted to access mobile application or interface, When vehicle preparation is accessed, Then the interface should be a user-friendly and intuitive interface for updating vehicle information. Acceptance criterion 3:Given an Ambulance service provider is permitted to access mobile application or interface, When the vehicle information is updated and changes saved, Then the system should confirm that the changes are saved successfully. |

As a Ambulance Service Provider, I want the system to allow for the documentation and reporting of completed tasks, So that I can capture evidence of completed preparations, track vehicle readiness over time, and identify recurring issues or trends through generated reports. Acceptance criterion 1:Given an Ambulance Service Provider is permitted to access the system, When documentation, tasks or preparation is completed in the system, Then the system should support digital signatures, photos, or notes as evidence of completion. And this documentation should be saved alongside the completed task. And the documentation should be available for review when required. Acceptance criterion 2:Given an Ambulance Service Provider is permitted to access the the data reporting within the system, When this feature is accessed, Then the system should support the generation of reports that summarise completed tasks and their associated documentation. And reports should be filtered by specific criteria, such as date range, vehicle type, or task type. And the system should export reports in common formats (e.g. PDF, Excel) for further analysis or sharing Acceptance criterion 3:Given an Ambulance Service Provider is permitted to access the data reporting within the system, When the report is created and reviewed, Then the report should track the readiness of vehicles over time. And identify any recurring issues or trends in incomplete or problematic tasks. And support corrective actions within the system, based on the insights gained from the report. |

Acceptance criterion 2:Given an Ambulance Service Provider is permitted to access inventory management within the system, When equipment and supplies are added to the inventory, Then the system should allow a vehicle to be selected and equipment associated with the vehicle. Acceptance criterion 2:Given an Ambulance service provider is permitted to access mobile application or interface, When another team member updates vehicle information while I am using the application, Then the system should automatically refresh and display the latest changes without requiring manual refresh. |

And this documentation should be saved alongside the completed task. And this documentation should be available to view for each completed task when needed. Acceptance criterion 2:Given an Ambulance Service Provider is permitted to access the data reporting within the system, When the reporting feature is accessed, Then the system should generate reports that summarise completed tasks and their associated documentation. And the Ambulance Service Provider should be able to filter reports by specific criteria, such as date range, vehicle type, or task type.
