Description
Enables Appointments for Patients/Service Users to be booked by Health or Care Professionals across organisational boundaries.
Outcomes
For a Patient/Service User: | Ability to access Appointments across organisational boundaries, improving Patient/Service User experience and ensuring access to the right services |
For Health and Care Professionals: | Ability to directly book an Appointment for a Patients/Service User in another Health or Care Organisation, improving Patient/Service User experience and making the most efficient use of available Appointments |
