In relation to the proper enactment of the MHA
Alerting functionality that ensure relevant parties are made aware of relevant deadlines, defaults on care provision, or change in status
External alerting functionality that ensure relevant parties are made aware of relevant deadlines, defaults on care provision, change in status.
External would include stakeholders such as patient advocacy services (IMCA / IMHA)

Description
One of the key benefits of digital systems is the ability to automate parts of patient care, this can be as straightforward as sending alerts to the relevant parties when certain conditions are met.
