User Personas

User Personas allow us to view a system through the perspective of a specific user type. We have tried to avoid minute details or over specialising these personas but through iteration the personas have been split into more detail to enable us to approach user stories and the user journey through more accurate lenses.

Our current list of personas includes:

• Junior Doctor (Primary Persona)

• Consultant

• Nurse

• NHS Administrator

• Patient

• Supplier

The personas are split into:

• A short, descriptive bio of the user

• Goals of the user

• The users responsibilities

• Challenges the user faces
