Background

The decision has been made to use GP Connect - Update Record (ITK3) as an alternative approach to Digital Medicines and Pharmacy FHIR Payload for notifying a Patient’s GP of a minor illness consultation conducted at a Pharmacy.

This minor illness referral consultation notification type has now been retired (see Digital Medicine - FHIR - NHS England Digital).
